With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward. **Job Description** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Own the strategic roadmap, budget and day-to-day management of G&A business systems supporting Sales, Marketing and finance systems across enterprise and consumer segments of our business. + Collaborates with executive/senior leadership withing Sales, Marketing & Finance and technology teams to develop and communicates clear digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives and goals. + Leads the implementation of digital technologies, tools, and platforms to drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. + Ensures seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes. Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and automation platforms, and workflow optimization solutions to improve business performance and operational efficiency + Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for process redesign, automation and integration across systems + Ensure application governance, data integrity, system security, and adherence to internal controls and SOX processes + Lead system and vendor evaluations, platform assessments, and RFP processes to achieve the optimal technical fit and value for the organization + Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for SaaS platforms and service providers + Mentor and grow a high-performing Business Applications team aligned with Sandisk’s culture and mission **To Succeed in This Role:** + Significant understanding of business strategy and the ability to align digital transformation efforts with organizational goals is vital. + Significant ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions, track the progress of digital initiatives, and identify areas for improvement. + Excellent ability to collaborate and build relationships with executives, department heads, and other stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for digital transformation efforts. + A forward-thinking mindset that embraces innovation and the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and market conditions. + High ethical standards and integrity, particularly when handling sensitive data and managing organizational change. + Significant track record of delivering measurable results and achieving business outcomes through digital transformation initiatives. + Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change. + Passion for driving innovation and helping teams embrace digital transformation. **Qualifications** **REQUIRED:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future. + You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
