The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Strategy to play a pivotal enterprise leadership role shaping the organization’s strategic direction and leading high-impact strategic and transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy & Business Transformation, this highly visible role operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners closely with senior executives to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and measurable outcomes.
The Senior Director acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, leads complex cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, and plays a central role in framing decisions, managing enterprise trade-offs, and aligning leaders around shared priorities to drive growth, performance improvement, and long-term value creation.
Hybrid work model: typically 2 days onsite per week (2–3 days per week during the first three months).LI-Hybrid
About The Role:
Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning and priority initiatives from problem framing through execution and benefits realization Develop executive-ready strategic options, business cases, and recommendations that clearly articulate trade-offs, risks, and enterprise impact Identify and lead growth and new value creation initiatives in partnership with product, innovation, and corporate development teams Lead transformation and performance improvement programs, including digital transformation, cost optimization, and operating model change Act as the accountable executive lead for large, complex, multi-workstream initiatives in fast-moving and ambiguous environments Establish governance, decision rights, and execution discipline to ensure delivery against milestones and outcomes Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives and engage regularly with Executive Committee members Continuously evolve the strategy and transformation operating model to improve prioritization, coordination, and execution effectiveness Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategy and transformation team Own financial stewardship for the function, including budgeting, resource allocation, and investment discipline
What You Need to Succeed:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field required MBA or equivalent graduate degree strongly preferred
Experience:
10–15 years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, transformation, product strategy, investment banking, or related fields Proven experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives end-to-end—from strategy development through execution Experience advising or working directly with senior executives and executive leadership teams Demonstrated success across both: Growth and innovation initiatives (new products, markets, partnerships, M&A) Transformation initiatives (digital, cost, productivity, operating model)
