Sodexo is seeking an accomplished Senior Director, Construction Management - Service Operations to lead our North America Project Management team within the Energy & Construction group. Our successful leader will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Construction Management including design build projects. Estimating construction projects in dining service areas and commercial kitchens is a plus. In this highly visible leadership role, you will guide construction strategies and execution across a diverse portfolio of food service, infrastructure renewal, capital improvement, and energy projects. You’ll shape construction management capabilities across multiple business units, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional project delivery for clients in Education, Healthcare, Business & Industry, and Government markets. This is a virtual role with approximately 30% travel across the United States. 

What You'll Do Oversee the drafting, review, and managing construction contracts, scopes of work, amendments, and change orders to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with project objectives.Lead a national team of construction project managers delivering food service, infrastructure and renewal projects across multiple market segments.Oversee development of business case solutions, ensuring alignment of design, development, rollout, and resource planning.Maintain deep knowledge of construction industry trends and integrate insights into Sodexo’s offer portfolio and business strategy.Ensure efficient, scalable project delivery processes that drive superior client value and operational excellence.Build strong internal partnerships and service-level agreements to support client needs and navigate Sodexo’s organizational landscape. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of construction management experience, including at least 10 years in leadership roles.Proven experience managing food service construction projects; background in infrastructure renewal or energy-related construction is highly beneficial.Strong organizational agility, critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating in ambiguity.Demonstrated consultative leadership style with a drive for change and deep technical construction knowledge.Professional credentials such as LEED AP, PMP, state contractor licensing, or CEM (or willingness to obtain state contractor licenses).
