Job Description Summary

The Senior Director, Capital Markets Financial Analyst Hub will be responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Financial Analyst Hub organization and ensuring the creation of a scalable operating model that delivers an exceptional service to Capital Markets Brokers. In this role, the Senior Director, Capital Markets Financial Analyst Hub will manage teams in the delivery of financial analyses across Capital Markets teams.

To ensure the Capital Markets Financial Analyst Hub’s sustained success, the Senior Director will be responsible for integrating the Hub into the larger Cushman & Wakefield platform, building strong relationships with markets and internal business partners, and establishing global business service capabilities. In these efforts, the Senior Director will strive to build trust in the Hub, scale the Hub’s service delivery capabilities, and continuously identify, design, and implement process and performance improvement solutions

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Financial Analyst Hub Rollout: 

Spearhead the completion of the Financial Analyst Hub’s national rollout via assembly and mobilization of a national team 

Create the overall vision and roadmap for the Financial Analyst Hub to align with leadership's goal and objectives 

Champion the Financial Analyst Hub  vision and build organizational alignment and buy- in on the organization's value proposition and capabilities 

Support the build and maturity of global business service capabilities 

Coordinate with other leaders within the entire Broker & Market Support Platform, including the Deal Desk and Marketing Centers of Excellence 

Financial Analyst Hub Operations: 

Manage Financial Analyst Hub Managers and oversee the activities performed to manage day- to- day operations of both on-shore and off-shore resources within the Hub 

Monitor Financial Analyst Hub performance and processes to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment with timelines/SLA terms/best practices 

As required, provide guidance to Financial Analyst Hub Managers on means to improve quality of service delivery or address lagging performance 

Serve as escalation point for operational or process failures and actively work to remove any roadblocks 

Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Operations Directors, Brokers, and other support group leadership to monitor process effectiveness, collect feedback on performance, and identify opportunities to build better processes 

Define Financial Analyst Hub success/performance metrics and report regularly on performance to leadership and other key stakeholders 

Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement: 

Lead process current state assessments to identify areas in need of improvement and opportunities for standardization 

Utilizing deep process subject matter expertise, understanding of leadership's strategy, knowledge of local market/Financial Analyst Hub operations, and analysis of Hub performance, continuously design and implement process improvement solutions 

Maintain clear process documentation and deliver effective communications across all impacted stakeholders for updated processes 

Monitor and solution for process design risks, issues, and deficiencies 

People Management:  

Supervise Financial Analyst Hub Managers in the management of Hub operations 

Hire and manage onboarding of new Financial Analyst Hub Managers   

Lead, coach, and develop Financial Analyst Hub 

 Managers, including completion of performance evaluations  

Core Competencies:   

Holds deep subject matter expertise/domain knowledge in financial analysis (experience in Commercial Real Estate a plus) 

Prior experience working with Global Business or Corporate Shared Service teams either through building capabilities or overseeing execution of work 

Strong project management capabilities to plan, organize, and deliver projects on time and on budget  

Proven leader with experience managing teams and contributing to the professional development of direct reports, including those who may reside in different geographies  

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with experience designing and implementing process improvements  

Demonstrates an executive presence with the ability to communicate and interact with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to influence outcomes and key decisions  

Demonstrates flexibility to manage shifting priorities and focus in a fast-paced environment  

Superior oral and written communication and presentation skills  

Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree required 

Master’s degree preferred 

10+ years of Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services experience preferred 

Experience working with Global Business or Corporate Shared Service teams preferred 

Experience with deal management (Salesforce) and financial analysis (Argus, Real Logic) software and tools preferred 

Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) preferred

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $204,000.00 - $240,000.00
