Senior Director, Advanced Analytics - Tools & Automation
Position Summary...The Senior Director, Advanced Analytics – Tools & Automation is a strategic leader focused on building new inventory capabilities that power Walmart’s digital transformation in Merchandising. This highly visible role will lead three business-critical domains: Order Management, Long Lead Time Buy Planning, and Inventory Management Automation. This opportunity will drive thought leadership, prototype innovation, and change management to ensure our customers have the items they want, need and love, when they want it, at the lowest possible cost. This role works with key partners in Merchandising, along with Supply Chain, eCommerce, data science, product, and engineering teams. The position is based in Bentonville, AR and reports to the Vice President of Inventory Flow within Merchandising Excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 8 years'
experience in data analytics or related field.
6 years' supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams.
