Senior Design Engineer

Candidates MUST have at least 5 years of experience to be considered and have a background with machined components and/or injection molding to be considered. **Job Title:** Senior Design Engineer **Location:** Arden Hills, MN **Pay Rate:** 45hr+, depends on experience **Position Responsibilities:** + Develop products from conceptualization to launch + Collaborates and consults with Test, Process Development and Quality Engineers in support of NPD + Interacts with customers and suppliers as needed to assess new technology needs + Leads or assists in efforts to resolve product performance issues **Position Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or another related field + 5+ years of design and product development experience + Curious, creative, and tenacious problem solver + Must be able to communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and customers + Ability to work independently, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously + CAD proficiency – PTC Creo, SolidWorks, etc. + Competent in the design and development of plastic molded components + Competent in the design and development of machined components for high volume manufacturing + GD&T experience preferred **Benefits** + 4 days in office, 1 day remote + Medical, Dental, & Vision with HSA and FSA plans + PTO Plan + Retirement plans including a 401K match + Supplemental Life Insurance & Disability Plans + ESOP If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
