Senior Data Scientist - GenAI Product

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of series of customized GenAI solutions. This role will focus on building scalable, production-grade systems using Python and modern frameworks, with a strong emphasis on generative AI applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, agile environment and be comfortable working consultatively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present results. **Required Qualifications** + 3+ year of coding experience (Preferably Python) + 3+ years of experience in backend systems (FastAPI experience is a plus) + Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent-based systems) + Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar + Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS + Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in agile settings + Ability to work consultatively with junior stakeholders, clarify needs, and communicate technical concepts effectively **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiarity with healthcare (PBM / insurance) domains + Familiarity with B2B sales process + Experience integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise workflows + Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.) **Education** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $111,240.00 - $222,480.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
