About the Team
The Global Channel Operations team at Nutanix is a diverse, supportive group working across regions. We partner with Programs, Operations, Finance, BI, and RevOps teams to streamline processes, improve data capture, and deliver actionable insights. You’ll report into the global channel operations organization and collaborate with colleagues across the globe.
Your Role
Enhance the quality and accessibility of channel data to support better decision-makingLead automation initiatives and conduct user acceptance testing for efficient workflowsProvide quota support for RTM operations, enabling accurate and effective quota deploymentManage rebate/contra forecasting models in partnership with Programs, Operations, and FinanceStreamline data management processes across teams for consistency and clarityDrive improvements in Salesforce fields and flows to optimize data capture and reportingEnable the channels organization on reporting tools and data processesIdentify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunitiesSupport performance tracking and business plan targetsServe as a reporting consultant, delivering scalable dashboards and actionable insightsWhat You Will Bring
5+ years of experience in data management, operations, analytics, or related fieldsStrong proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and reporting/dashboard toolsProven ability to automate processes and improve data qualityExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teamsDetail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the big pictureSelf-starter who thrives in fast-moving, agile environmentsExperience with UAT, quota management, and reporting enablement is a plusBonus: Experience with Aviso, Pigment, or other analytics platformsAvailability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM CET.Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
