Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Data Engineer to support our enterprise data modernization initiatives. This role focuses on sourcing, profiling, transforming, and governing data across multiple business domains while helping to build a modern, cloud‑based analytics ecosystem. The ideal candidate is strong in SQL, data modeling, data profiling, and cloud technologies, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to uncover data rules and ensure high-quality, certified data outputs. The pay range for this position based on experience is $45/hr to $65/hr. Skills and Requirements - 8+ yrs of experience in Data Engineering - Expert level understanding in SQL - Significant dbt experience (within the last 2 years) - Strong data modeling/profiling background - Experience with Snowflake functions and contributing to the semantic layer - Power BI or Sigma experience
