We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Market Insights to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting valuable insights from complex market data to drive informed business decisions and strategic planning.
This role is based on-site in our Petaling Jaya office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Analyze large datasets using advanced statistical methods to identify market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders across the organizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical projectsDesign and implement data collection processes to ensure data quality and reliabilityConduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiativesProvide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve business performanceStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and market researchQualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience in data analysis, market research or related fieldAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and RExpertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BIStrong statistical analysis skills and ability to apply advanced analytical techniquesProven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasetsKnowledge of market research methodologies and consumer behavior analysisUnderstanding of business intelligence and its application in decision-making processesAdditional InformationLife at Grab
