What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Helping to shape and implement cyber strategies for critical-infrastructure customersSupporting compliance to organizational and regulatory standards (e.g., NERC CIP/62443)Keeping security procedures currentAdministering and tuning SIEM/log pipelinesCollaborating with teammates to investigate and remediate basic vulnerabilitiesContributing to technical white papers and proposal contentSupporting RFP/RFI responses and some travel to customer sites for implementations, trainings, and assessments What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. At least 5 years of directly related experienceAn advanced degree (MS or PhD) may be substituted for practical experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood technical and analytical skills, particularly in a cyber security contextStrong technical expertise, with deep knowledge in advanced cybersecurity principles, tools, and practicesDemonstrated ability to solve complex security challengesDemonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and mentor teamsExperience working with and securing Operational Technologies/Industrial Control Systems, and associated computing environmentsIT and Cyber Security certifications such as: Network+, Security+, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GISCP Total Rewards Package Salary: $97,000 - $131,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
