Senior Customer Service Specialist
Main Responsibilities + 处理销售合同和订单,跟进订单确认、付款,发货等各个环节,确保订单顺利履约以及客户满意 Process sales contracts and orders, follow up on all links including order confirmation, payment, and delivery to ensure smooth order fulfilment and have good customer satisfaction. + 维护国内客户关系,及时响应客户诉求,解决复杂客户问题 Maintain relationships with domestic customers, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and resolve complex customer issues. + 配合销售团队提供售前货期咨询,协助销售处理相关文件 Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales production lead time consultation and assist the sales team in processing relevant documents. + 处理与销售订单相关的客户投诉 Handle customer complaints related to sales orders. + 做好供应链团队和客户之间的沟通桥梁,并和供应链其他团队有效合作 Act as a communication bridge between the supply chain team and customers, and also cooperate effectively with other supply chain teams. + 维护客户数据库和文件归档,完成相关报告 Maintain customer databases and document filing, and complete relevant reports. + 其他需要的特别和紧急任务 Support other special and urgent cases Personal Requirements + 本科学历,商务或相关专业优先 Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related majors. + 3年以上客户服务/订单处理/管理经验 At least 3 years of experience in customer service/order processing/management. + 具有团队合作精神,以客户为中心 Strong team spirit and customer-centric mindset. + 有责任心和对紧急事情的处理能力 Sense of responsibility and ability to handle emergencies. + 熟练使用MS Office和QAD,或其他ERP系统 Proficient in MS Office and QAD, or other ERP systems.
