Senior Customer Service Rep – Be the Connection That Keeps Operations Moving

Attention customer service professionals! We are hiring a Senior Customer Service Rep for a 1st shift, Monday–Friday (7:30am–4:00pm) role with our client, a logistics leader known for a collaborative, inclusive culture where teamwork drives success. This position pays $24/hr and is temp-to-hire.

Typical daily duties:

• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments and manage driver check-in/check-out
• Process documentation, generate work orders, and verify invoicing accuracy
• Respond to customer inquiries, track orders, and communicate feedback to management
• Act as liaison between customers, warehouse teams, and office staff

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years of related experience
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with accurate typing and data entry
• Warehouse office experience and knowledge of warehouse systems a plus
• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs

Note: Requires two weeks of out-of-state training to start.
