We’re seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our Property Management team and help deliver a landmark Premium Grade asset in Melbourne’s CBD, scheduled for completion in 2026. This is a unique opportunity to shape tenant experience from the ground up, working closely with the General Manager and site team.
You’ll build strong tenant relationships, ensure premium standards across services and presentation, lead engagement initiatives, and deliver a world-class onboarding experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Serve as the primary liaison for tenant enquiries and feedback, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and execute the Tenant Engagement Plan, including events, communications, and retention strategies.
• Manage digital platforms and marketing collateral to maintain consistent branding.
• Oversee front-of-house concierge services and ensure premium standards are upheld.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain property presentation and coordinate emergency procedures.
• Prepare reports and attend meetings with owners and tenant committees.
**What We’re Looking For**
• Senior experience in customer service or placemaking, ideally within premium-grade property assets.
• Proven ability to manage tenant engagement programs and events.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
