We are seeking a highly skilled SCCM/Intune Customer Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments. This role focuses on troubleshooting, request resolution, and operational support, ensuring reliable endpoint management across both on-premises and cloud-based devices. **Key Responsibilities:** + Tier 3 Support: Address complex technical requests related to SCCM and Intune environments, ensuring timely resolution. + Proactive Review & Optimization: Analyze customer concerns and provide recommendations to improve endpoint management, user experience, and policy compliance. + Endpoint Management & Troubleshooting: + SCCM: Application deployment, task sequences, driver packages, software update groups (SUGs), boundaries/boundary groups, distribution point health, and client push installation. 🔹 Intune: Device compliance policies, configuration profiles, app protection policies, Autopilot deployment profiles, and co-management setup. + Mobile Device Management (MDM): + Enrollment & Management: Support iOS, Android, and Windows 10/11 devices. + Mobile App Deployment: Deploy store apps, LOB apps, and web links via Intune. + Policy & Security Enforcement: Troubleshoot enrollment challenges, access configurations, and compliance policies across mobile platforms. + **Migration & Security Enhancements:** + Workload Transition: Assist in migrating SCCM workloads to Intune, including Windows Update for Business, endpoint security, and app deployment. + Log Analysis & Diagnostics: Utilize CMTrace, Event Viewer, Intune troubleshooting blade, MDMDiagnosticsTool to identify root causes and resolve issues efficiently. **Soft Skills & Collaboration** + Strong Communication: Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, customer-friendly language. + Empathy & Active Listening: Engage effectively with end users and customer teams. + Adaptability Under Pressure: Work efficiently under high-impact or time-sensitive conditions. + Accountability & Ownership: Prioritize customer experience and outcomes. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering and escalation teams to drive resolution. The base salary range for this position is $109, 000 -164,00 USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
