Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients, you'll ensure our solutions not only meet but exceed business requirements. Your Responsibilities include providing detailed and specific advice on applying your specialized knowledge to the organization's planning and operations. A key part of your role will be to support business development by providing presales technical support, conducting analysis, and crafting compelling proposals. You'll map business processes and relationships to align with our solution features, ensuring the recommended approach supports the overall scope of the solution. You'll take the lead in managing client proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, providing coaching and mentorship to junior architects, and overseeing the transition of projects from presales to delivery. Your input will ensure successful implementation and ongoing support for our clients, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Beyond your technical responsibilities, you'll play a crucial role in influencing and guiding our Sales team, equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to close deals.
