Senior Creative Designer
**What's the role?** As a **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our B2B Marketing team as a full-time, dedicated creative resource. This role will be responsible for developing and producing all day-to-day marketing and communication materials for Liberty Business. The ideal candidate is a highly creative professional with strong technical skills, able to translate strategic briefs into compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency and high standards of execution. **How can you add value?** + Design and produce a variety of marketing deliverables, including: + Flyers, brochures, and collateral (print & digital) + Press ads and corporate announcements + Informative pieces, presentations, and reports + Scripts/layouts for radio and TV visuals + Internal and external video campaigns to promote products and services + Social media and email campaign assets (in collaboration with the digital team) + Ensure all creative materials are aligned with Liberty Business’ brand guidelines and corporate identity. + Work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to understand objectives, develop concepts, and execute deliverables. + Collaborate with external agencies as needed for larger-scale productions (TV, radio, etc.). + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. + Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation. + Maintain organized archives of design files and templates in the Brand Center. + Demonstrates and ensures compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies, and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures. + Other functions may be assigned. **Education and/or Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or B2B sectors. Proven track record of producing print, digital, and multimedia design deliverables. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing design standards (social, email, responsive layouts). Familiarity with print production processes and requirements. **Other qualifications:** + Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English); written and spoken. + Knowledge and experience to fulfill artwork in a multi-media platform. + A meticulous eye for style, with a background in converting creative concepts into high-design materials. + Possess a sophisticated sense of design, and the ability to develop and implement conceptual ideas and give effective presentations. + An ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment + Strong organizational, creative, and time management skills + Knowledge of typography, spatial orientation, the handling and manipulation of images, freehand graphics, and basic design elements. + Ability to explore creative and unique approaches, challenge conventional practices, & think creatively. + Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high pressure working environment. + Knowledge of filing and records systems, standard office practices and procedures and business organization. + Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point & Acrobat, among others). + Ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Liberty Puerto Rico provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran, disability status or genetic information.
