Job Description

This position involves managing a variety of corporate services and facilities-related tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both internal personnel and external vendors.

ResponsibilitiesReview corporate documents and communications for accuracy and ensure a consistent message across the organization.Maintain a professional relationship with the boards of directors, providing them with necessary updates and documentation in advance of meetings.Work closely with department teams, including Human Resources, Information Technology, and Corporate Services.Provide support for various corporate services, including office equipment and supplies management, procuring furniture, and fleet management.Assist in the development of operational budgets, ensure expenses are controlled, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, implement any necessary changes, and maintain a safe working environment.Manage insurance-related tasks ensuring that all policies are up-to-date and that the organization is adequately covered.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.Oversee the maintenance and operations of the facility, including office spaces, Conference Center, and common areas, ensuring the building is well-maintained, clean, and safe.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in a similar role with data analyzing and contracts review.PowerBI experience is a must.Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.Experience in contract review, focusing on financial and operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.Proficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively across departments.Ability to think through hypothetical situations and concepts, and to identify risks and weaknesses in various business processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors.Work Environment

The work environment is a corporate type office located in Harrisburg, with a parking garage attached to the building. The role adheres to a Monday to Friday schedule during 1st shift hours, and the dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
