Senior Corporate Security Specialist

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Team working on potential incidents, such as emergency and/or crisis situations that would threaten the safety or security of Guardian’s people, property, and business operations. This position requires knowledge of security threat environment, critical thought, knowledge, and use of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge and use of security focused computer applications.
Provided you have the required certifications and approvals, you may also act as a first responder for emergencies, evacuations, and active shooter incidents supporting the Guardian home office location in Bethlehem, PA. as an armed, on-site position that has responsibilities for processing visitors, assisting colleagues, monitoring access control alarms and cameras.
**You will**
+ Work as an integral member of the physical security team, collaborating closely with security operations, risk, intelligence, and other corporate colleagues on day-to-day operations.
+ Rapidly identifying concerns, incidents, by evaluating, and considering events that have potential impact to Guardian.
+ Demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment and regard for confidentiality and preserve personal and professional integrity beyond reproach.
+ Draft and write incident reports, maintain log of GSOC operations.
+ Monitor access control, video surveillance system, travel security, and command center alerts.
+ Triage all delivered risks through command center.
+ Mitigate emergencies, alert proper personnel, escalate incidents or information to leadership, other Guardian stakeholders, and local emergency services.
+ Escalate information received concerning risks to Guardian assets to physical security leadership expeditiously.
+ Follow GSOC manual and processes.
+ Support the GSOC manager with contingent GSOC operators.
**You have**
+ Minimum of 5 years’ corporate security or law enforcement experience.
+ Minimum of 2 years GSOC, JOC, or Intelligence fusion center experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent, relevant security experience and training.
+ Knowledge and experience with security systems and technology solutions (i.e., C-Cure 9000, Victor video surveillance, ISOS, AlertMedia, and other security applications).
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ C-Cure 9000 Certification (desirable)
+ First-Aid, CPR, AED certification (desirable)
+ PA armed certified via PA 235 (or able to obtain), with 2 years minimum experience in an armed role and references
+ HR-218 Certification (desired)

+ Valid Driver’s License (Required)

**Reporting Relationship**
As our GSOC Senior Security Specialist, you will work in the Physical Security department and report to the Crisis & Intelligence Manager, who reports to our Head of Security Intelligence & Risk Assessment. You will work closely with contingent GSOC Operators and physical security staff.
**Location /Travel**
Onsite role - 5 days in the Bethlehem, PA office.
**Salary Range:**
$68,970.00 - $113,310.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
