Senior Corporate Development Analyst
Position Responsibilities: + Provide financial analysis and development support for new business opportunities, including acquisition targets, supplier RFPs, and other growth investments + Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and return calculations to support recommendations + Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research to inform financial and market assessments and deal sourcing + Independently manage portions of the M&A lifecycle, including early screening, financial modeling, diligence preparation, due diligence coordination, and integration planning support + Gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure cohesive financial assessment and due diligence across all active projects + Partner with internal teams to deliver efficient, strategic, and well‑synthesized responses to supplier RFPs + Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s Degree and 4 to 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: + Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
