What You’ll DoOwn journal entries and monthly/quarterly close processes using our cloud-based general ledger system.Research and resolve accounting issues in accordance with U.S. GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP).Prepare reconciliations for key accounts including cash, investments, and tax balances.Conduct analytical reviews and validate financial data from global business units.Assist in preparing regulatory financial statements and filings.Support internal and external audits with timely and organized documentation.Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives within the broader finance organization.Become a go-to expert on our financial systems and tools.What You Bring2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally with a Big 4 public accounting background.Strong command of accounting principles and statutory reporting.Hands-on experience with Workday ERP, journal entries, and SOX controls.Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data sorting).Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Bonus: Experience in insurance or reinsurance.Why You’ll Love Working HereHybrid Flexibility: Enjoy a balanced schedule with three days in-office and two remote.Collaborative Culture: Work closely with senior leaders across Reinsurance Accounting, Treasury, CFO, COO, and Corporate Accounting.Growth & Innovation: Be part of a team that values continuous improvement and professional development.Ready to take your accounting career to the next level in a role that combines technical expertise with strategic impact?
