Job Description: + Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. + Develop control architectures, electrical schematics, and system documentation. + Lead automation projects from concept through installation and commissioning. + Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and process teams on integrated systems. + Perform system testing, simulations, and onsite startup/support. + Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables. + Identify and implement improvements to system performance and reliability. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, or related engineering field. + 5–10+ years of industrial automation/controls experience. + Strong PLC programming skills (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.). Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Waukegan, IL.
