Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business owners in managing the internal procurement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.Proven track record of providing operational support, analyzing and resolving procurement-related issues, and driving process improvements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and technologies, including purchase order management, contract management, and supplier management.Experience with procurement systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.Certification in procurement, such as CIPS, ISM, or similar professional designations, is an asset.Nice to Have:
Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Knowledge of media industry trends, technologies, and innovations, including content creation, media production, advertising, and technology.Experience with agile procurement methodologies and lean principles.Certification in supply chain management, such as APICS, or similar professional designations. The salary range for this position is:
$85,100 - $127,700 AnnualThe actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
