Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Manages end-to-end data processes, including data validation, table maintenance, querying, reporting, and development of automated dashboards to support business insights.Acts as the subject matter expert for contract management systems and data architecture by guiding system enhancements, defining functional requirements, applying API logic, configuring data structures (JSON/DB schemas), and leading testing, validation, versioning, lineage, and quality assurance for new features and upgrades.Serves as the primary point of contact for customer-initiated and internal audits, developing audit-supporting queries, analyses, and documentationLeads strategic contract management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance, including automation of contract and compliance activities.Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven analyses, respond to inquiries, and provide well-researched recommendations that support business objectives.Creates and maintain comprehensive internal process documentation, promote awareness of requirements across business units, and drive continuous process improvement.Oversees contractual compliance for large, complex agreements by monitoring terms and conditions, proactively identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions.Provides training, mentorship, and ongoing support to contract administrators to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to best practices.Nature and Scope

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Education and Experience
