Job CategorySales, Marketing & Product ManagementPosition SummaryThe Senior Consumer Strategic Pricing Analyst will support and help drive transactional and strategic excellence for Consumer Pricing team, with primary focus around supporting Government Sales and B2B groups as well as management of some reporting and analytics around grey market activity. You will develop and execute collaborative efforts to ensure pricing initiatives, both transactional and strategic, are delivered successfully through critical analytics, close collaboration with key business stakeholders, and high level of responsiveness to market changes on a strong platform of executional/operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesKey representative for pricing function in understanding intent of pricing programs/deals and how to establish in all relevant systems.Develop strong working knowledge of SAP system, primarily pricing and the billing types/conditions.Critical liaison with Price Administration team to establish best practices for transactional pricing excellence.Establish robust, repeatable, and sustainable audit processes to ensure invoice accuracyBecome subject matter expert in understanding how all relevant internal systems impact pricing and how to optimize.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the pricing area by suggesting/implementing changes to current processes and strategies to enable agile/flexible responses to transactional needs.Manage and deliver day to day transactional pricing responsibilities for Consumer Pricing.Develop, manage and execute various communications related to pricing, collaborating with different functional areas and utilizing different tools and systems.Work collaboratively with multiple teams across various channels within the Consumer division. Primary focus will be to support Government Sales team and B2B groups. Minimum QualificationsStrong process development skills with ability to interpret and communicate business impact of process changesExcellent analytical skills with ability to source relevant data, create clear/concise decision models, interpret analytic results and make recommendations/provide actionable insightsKnowledge of ERP systemsHighly collaborative and agileUnderstanding of pricing/cost/margin decisions on company profitabilityStrong organizational agility to enhance cross-functional communication and collaborationAbility to communicate with all levels of organizationExcellent leader of self skills

Preferred Educational and/or Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business related area or relevant job experience5 years in related job preferred
