Senior Consumer Partnerships Manager, Amazon Leo
Description Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. We are seeking an experienced Senior Consumer Partnerships Manager to identify and pursue consumer partnerships to enhance Amazon Leo's value proposition. This role is responsible for all developing and managing all aspects of Consumer Partnerships, including partner development, contract negotiations, customer experience, business performance, and end-to-end partner operations. We are looking for someone technology savvy with a relentless focus on delighting customers and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities with partners. The ideal candidate will combine deep experience in partnership development with a strong understanding of the connectivity landscape, technology, and customer needs. Key job responsibilities - Identify, develop, and manage Consumer partnership opportunities for Amazon Leo Consumer services - Negotiate complex partnership opportunities that complement Amazon Leo's service offering through innovative bundling and value-added services - Define the long-term strategy and business model for consumer partnerships - Develop detailed business requirements for new consumer partnership opportunities - Develop, implement, and manage all consumer partnership processes, systems, and reports to meet the rapid growth of the business, revenue attainment, and partnership objectives - Participate in Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews, and continuously measure and forecast attainment against goals, utilizing various dashboards and tools to derive well-vetted analysis Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - 5+ years of professional or military experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences - Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences Preferred Qualifications - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish - 5+ years in technology, media, or telecommunications; satellite internet; or subscription businesses Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
