We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic Workers Compensation team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney, Barangaroo. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients’ workers compensation and risk management challenges. We will count on you to:
Provide clients including executives with expert solutions to their workers compensation and risk management problemsAnalyse clients’ risk profiles, including claims, premiums and policy structure to recommend tailored and effective solution optionsEngage clients with proactive methods to mitigate their risk and boost their performanceDeliver national workers compensation technical knowledge in claims, premium and policy with confidence and clarityBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and client executives on projectsActively develop and generate exciting new and expanded business opportunitiesProject manage client deliverables and lead client servicing teams nationally with energy and professionalismWhat you need to have:
Experience in relevant advisory or related role (desirable)Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challengesInterpersonal and leadership skills for coaching, mentoring and engaging with clients and colleaguesAbility to identify and convert new business opportunities with enthusiasmStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management and attention to detail and quality managementWhat makes you stand out:
