Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

This consultant should be adept at leading projects and working alongside technical consultants to successfully coordinate, manage, deliver, and report on engagements. This includes following methodologies, processes, utilizing tools and templates and understanding the technical vernacular of AT&T’s portfolio to work independently to establish, coordinate and manage projects and cohesive, meaningful deliverables on time, with good quality, on budget.
To leverage industry expertise and broad product knowledge to deliver strategic, client-centered solutions and manage complex projects, from client identification through final invoicing, while ensuring customer satisfaction and engaging in sales activities.
What you’ll do
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Project Management: Oversee project activities from client identification to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery.Technical Expertise: Design, implement, and test solutions with deep product knowledge and system architecture skills.Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored strategic solutions.Billable Projects & Sales Support: Manage billable projects, lead technical delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain accurate timekeeping, engage in sales activities, prepare proposals, and develop strategic plans to generate business.Knowledge Management: Contribute to knowledge repositories, mentor others, and provide inputs to strategic service development.This job code may apply to both exempt and non-exempt employees depending on state requirements.What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.Over 10 years’ IT/Telecom experience commensurate with specific roles and responsibilities for client request, and Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.Must have polished consultative communication skills and relationship building.Track record of a strong work ethic, professionalism, teamwork, self-directed, and resourcefulness.Clear understanding of AT&T systems, policies, and federal government contract vehicles, especially EIS.What you’ll bring

Our Senior Consultant Prof Services ATC, earns between $98,800 - $144,200 + commissions with a total target compensation of $123,800 - $173,200.
