Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Capital Markets Retail (High Streets) to join our dynamic team, with a focus on prime retail streets in Madrid and the main urban hubs across Spain. This is a key role for a results-driven professional with a solid background in retail investment, strong market knowledge, and a proven ability to originate and close high-value transactions.
The ideal candidate will bring not only expertise in capital markets and deep insight into investor and operator needs, but also a commercial mindset and a collaborative approach. Working closely with both the Investment and Leasing Agency teams, the Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, developing landlord relationships, and driving off-market deals that shape the future of Spain’s top retail locations.

Job Description

- Manage and monitor key plans for Madrid's main shopping streets and collaborate across the top 5 cities in Spain.
- Coordinate with the Leasing Agency team to identify investment opportunities and share information on landlords and leasing needs.

Skills:

-Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
-Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
-Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Intermediate to upper-intermediate English.

Required Experience:

-Proven track record in originating and closing deals.
- Experience in generating fees.
- Good understanding of high street landlords.
- Knowledge of the investment market and investors.
- Knowledge of operators and their needs.
