What you’ll be doing

The Senior Consultant, Workforce Experience (Analytics), analyzes workforce and employee data to deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The Senior Consultant leverages analytics, data visualization and qualitative insights to assess employee experience and workplace culture, providing recommendations that enhance engagement and support business objectives.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.  You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.  Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.

How you’ll succeed

Program Design: Lead the design and implementation of surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather insights on workforce experience and culture. Your background in research methods and program delivery will help you collect meaningful data to inform organizational strategies.Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau will enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights.Reporting & Communication: Develop clear dashboards and reports, and present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders. Your ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively will support strategic decision-making and drive engagement.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, business leaders, and internal partners to ensure insights align with business priorities. Relationship-building skills and experience working cross-functionally are essential to drive positive outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Monitor trends in workforce experience and culture, supporting ongoing measurement and reporting. Your evidence-based approach will help shape recommendations and contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce experience initiatives.
