**Job Description Summary**
The primary role of the Senior Consultant - Change Management is to advise, mentor and/or implement workplace change programs for clients
Conduct their own research, data gathering and analysis as well as oversee the work of the Analysts in the development of workplace change initiatives
The Senior Consultant will create change management project work plans and budgets, create proposal and project strategy, conduct and oversee all change management project work product and, will partner with senior management to present findings and recommendations to the client
The Senior Consultant will collaborate with all team members from brain-storming ideas to presenting final client recommendations. Will assist in some sales efforts
They will be the key point of contact for clients for workplace change evaluation and recommendations and provide oversight and/or implementation as requested.

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE** - what knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience are needed to perform the job?
+ Bachelor degree in Business, HR, Organization Development, Psychologyor related field, Master’s degree preferred
+ 4-8years consulting experience preferred
+ PROSCI Certified Change Practioner certification a plus
+ Exhibit a proven track record of effective change management – including the development and execution of change management and communication plans to audiences of varying levels
+ Hi EQ with demonstrated outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
+ Knowledge of full range of organization development interventions and change management frameworks and applications
+ Effective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
+ Demonstrated problem solving skills
+ Knowledge and effective use of business concepts
+ Strong knowledge and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Superior writing skills that are sufficient to create professional presentations and reports
+ Excellent time management, organizational and analytical skills
+ Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and, relationship building skills
+ Exceptional organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and projects, keeping all team members informed of progress and issues
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES** - four to eight brief statements indicating what is done (action), how it is done (method or means) and why (end result). List in order of importance.
+ Key Point of Contact for change managementclient projects from scope definition to delivery.
+ Partners with client leadership, serving as a trusted advisor for workplace strategy change initiatives.
+ Works the full cycle of the project by conducting research and needs analysis, recommends and resolves issues identified, executes against a project plan and engages in reinforcement activities to ensure effective change has occurred.
+ Draws upon functional best practices to develop and disseminate knowledge. Partners with client’s functional experts to develop and communicate change project hypotheses and conclusions
+ Change management expert focused on the coordination of workplace design, technology best practices and solutions with the client’s culture, business and people
+ Supports Workplace Strategy team and develops and helps clients create and implement effective change management strategies and plans to ensure successful and lasting change.
+ Develop and effectively communicate the structure for individual change management project presentations and materials Oversee, and when necessary participate, in the development of presentation materials and ensure the final product is succinct and delivers a powerful message
+ Manage project time and invoice client for change management activity when required.
+ Using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable presentation tools, outline then develop models for client presentations Ensure presentations are clear, address client questions and goals
+ Review quantitative and qualitative analysis of data
+ Review real estate and financial modeling, labor cost models and quantitative projections focused on change management requirements. Includes advisory consulting and/or change management execution
+ Use superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively influence clients
+ Participate in team sales presentations
+ Respond to team requests in a timely manner, meeting all team and project deadlines
+ Support and participate in the training of new team members
+ Build effective client relationships to help the team meet or exceed client needs
+ Manage the day-to-day client relationship
+ Conduct on-site interviews when needed to collect data
+ Delegate and assign project work
+ Provide data and analyses to support service line research and reports
+ Develop and generate new business through client networking opportunities
+ Participate actively in the research and development of white papers and industry reports
+ Look for and make recommendations to apply new industry tools/technology to current projects
+ 25-50% travel
+ Other job duties as assigned

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $123,250.00 - $145,000.00
