The Senior Consultant will support the development of new tools, identification of new data sources and coach junior team members to increase service offerings. **Essential Job Duties:** + Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for inclusion into client briefings, presentations, and reports + Develop creative strategic and analytical framework for multiple projects + Review the team’s quantitative models and projections as they relate to ultimate strategic client recommendations + Identify and proactively diagnose client issues + Use superior written, verbal communication and, presentation skills to effectively influence Executive clients, gaining their buy-in and support + Support the development of new industry tools, technology, and models to be applied to current projects + Participate in the training, mentoring and coaching of new and junior team members + Support development of marketing and training materials, white papers, and industry reports + 25-50% travel **Required:** + Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of management consulting and/or industry experience in domestic and/or global location strategy and site selection + Financial modeling and Business Case development experience + Ability to develop cohesive storyboards that distill large volumes of data into digestible executive recommendations + Strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills + Strong presentation skills and an effective management presence Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
