Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director, APAC, the Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst APAC supports the full spectrum of Performance & Reward functional processes and activities across the APAC region.This role serves as a technical resource to People Leadership, People Partners, Management for all things related to Performance & Reward. The Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in helping to support the business by assisting in planning, designing, implementing and communicating compensation policies and practices aimed at enabling Cushman & Wakefield to bring in the best talent to drive business performance. This role also involves analysing data and developing solutions, providing a foundation and support for the growth of the business.
Job Description
Performance & Reward Process, Policies, Procedures
Support the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews including the planning, implementation and administration of the annual processes, assisting in population verification, working with People Partners and managers to ensure performance ratings completion and analysis of distribution and year-end spend/budgeting;
Supports the administration for annual incentive plans;
Assists Compensation and Finance teams in the year-end annual incentive payment process, creating reports and audits year-end calculations/ payments and responsible for finding and correcting data issues. Assist with commission and bonus plan reconciliation and analytics;
Coach in-country People Partners with C&B related processes; evaluating issues and providing problem resolution;
Support the day-to-day Total Rewards activities for the Asia Pacific business;
Assist in the design and implementation of Performance & Reward strategies, policies, plans, and processes.
Performance & Reward Analytics
Conduct complex studies and analysis for the APAC Region or assigned countries or service lines, such as HR reporting, preparing and reviewing market survey submissions, job evaluations, benchmarking exercises and salary structure;
Research emerging market trends and changes in the regulatory environment; conduct external and internal research and summarize results for management review to support compliance work;
Research employee benefits in similar industries and advise on changes/updates to the company’s existing benefits or policies
Benchmarking
Assesses market relevant compensation by participating in the planning, pricing, implementation and administration of employee annual and off-cycle compensation reviews and increases. Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for appropriateness
Performance & Reward Strategy & Programs
Support the execution of Reward Strategy aligned with Asia Pacific and Global strategic priorities.
Projects
Support ad-hoc project work and provide analysis to enhance the effectiveness of the overall People function and business performance
Stakeholder Management
Work closely and collaboratively with HRBPs, HR Operations/People Services, a variety of managers and other business functions (Finance, Marketing & Research, Legal, TDS) as required.
Budgets
Support the preparation of C&B proposals and budgets, assist Country People Partner teams with data analytics for Annual Operating Planning (AOP) as it relates to people costs.
About You
3 – 5 years’ experience as an Analyst (either in a finance field or Compensation & Benefits or HR Consulting);
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, finance, or human resources);
Experience in working at a fast-paced, international company;
Hands-on experience with HR Technology platforms to manage compensation, performance and reward activities including Excel, Workday and a variety of payroll platforms.
Advanced proficiency with Office Applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Strong data mining, analytical skills, and proficiency in use of spreadsheets required (from advanced data analysis to manipulation). Data-driven with exceptional qualitative, analytical and statistical skills to solve problems and draw meaningful conclusions;
Ability to work well under pressure, balance multiple priorities and produce results. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize varied complex projects and adapt to new situations;
Proactive approach. Able to prioritize well with attention to detail and operates well in a changing environment;
Exhibits integrity, professionalism, objectivity and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information;
Excellent written, verbal and listening capabilities, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
