This involves a variety of administrative, analytical, and advisory tasks that support global total rewards and the organization’s business objectives. The Compensation Sr Analysis will be responsible for supporting global front lineTotal Rewards partners and Human Resources. This job is a part of the Total Rewards functional area which plays a crucial role in ensuring that compensation programs are administered efficiently, align with market trends, comply with regulations, and support the organization's goals. What You’ll Do: - Administering the market pricing tool, conducting audits, submitting surveys, and implementing system improvements. - Participating in global compensation surveys and ensuring data integrity in submissions. - Reviewing advanced market benchmarking of jobs to ensure competitive pay in alignment with industry standards. - Administering a variety of global compensation audits and analysis (e.g., Minimum Wage, Salary Exemption Threshold, Employee data, System data), often working with very large data sets. - Review advanced market benchmarking of jobs to ensure the company is in alignment with industry pay. - Conducting annual geo differential analysis, updating the HRIS system accordingly, and performing regular audits related to location-based pay differences. - Administering and researching compensation and salary administration programs and strategies to ensure compliance and up-to-date practices. - Serving as a primary contact for mandatory OEWs (Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics) and BLS (Bureau of Labor Statistics) surveys. - Providing support for the global optimization mailbox for requests related to Total Rewards, Human Resources, leaders, and employees, including support for the annual compensation process. - Acting as a compensation contact to Total Rewards partners, offering advice and guidance on compensation matters. - Applying general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. - Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. - Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. - Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. - Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. - Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred. - Understanding existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. - Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel is a must. - Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. - Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Compensation Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Compensation Analyst position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
