Integration & Change Management Communications
Lead the end-to-end communications strategy supporting M&A and business integration activities.Develop and execute change management communications that guide employees through organizational, cultural, and operational change.Partner closely with Integration, HR, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment on messaging and timing.Anticipate risks, employee concerns, and change impacts; proactively address them through targeted communications.Internal Communications Leadership
Own all internal communications related to M&A and business integration activities, including leadership messages, employee updates, FAQs, toolkits, and intranet content.Advise senior leaders on messaging, tone, and cadence to ensure clarity and credibility.Drive engagement through town halls, leadership cascades, and two-way communication channels.External Communications (Including Product Communications)
Lead external communications related to M&A and business integration, including corporate announcements, product-related messaging, and media materials.Ensure consistent, aligned messaging across external channels in close partnership with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Legal.Support issues management and reputational communications as needed.Strategic Advisory & Governance
Serve as the communications lead and trusted advisor for the integration leadership team.Establish governance, messaging frameworks, and communication standards to ensure consistency across regions and functions.Measure and report on communication effectiveness, adjusting strategy as needed.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in healthcare, technology, or B2B environments.Proven experience leading communications for M&A integrations, large-scale change initiatives, or transformations.Strong background in internal communications, executive communications, and change management.Demonstrated success in external communications, including product-related messaging.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.Ability to operate confidently with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.Key Competencies

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
