We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our Immunology team in our office in Paris: **Senior Project Coordinator – Paris – H/F** Working closely with the Country Manager, this role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support and will own a variety of commercial initiatives and Alliance related activities, with a strong focus on the sales teams across all indications. If you are organized, proactive, helpful and thrive in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you. **A typical day may include:** + Managing external funding requests, ensuring proper documentation and process flow. + Supporting the preparation of key local congresses, including hotel bookings, meeting locations, internal assignments, meeting registrations, coordinate HCP contracting process. + Project managing commercial operations & commercial activities such as conferences, sponsorships, customer engagements to ensure timelines and required processes by liaising with internal and external stakeholders + Internal communications and events setup + Assisting with onboarding new vendors and managing internal review processes for HCP engagements. + Organization of sales meetings (especially PoAs and FLM meetings), partly in coordination with Alliance partners + Owning on/off-boarding of new team members and support change management initiatives + Coordinating logistics and documentation for key commercial meetings. **This role may be for you if:** + You excel in building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and external visitors, with a positive approach. + You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and enjoy operating in a high paced and flexible environment. + You are highly organized with a keen attention to detail and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + You possess strong project management abilities and can handle tasks with accuracy and efficiency. + You are a self-starter who can solve problems and work comfortably in ambiguous situations, and through effective and professional communication at all levels of the organization. **To Be Considered:** You must have a Bachelor’s degree is required with fluency in French, and ability to work in English comfortably. With 3 years’ experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in using computer and phone systems, including MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
