Senior Commercial Manager ( Seattle, WA)
Job Title: Sr. Commercial Manager – Digital Strategy & Performance Overview: We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Sr. Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy and performance analytics for a fast-growing digital initiative. This role will be instrumental in driving sales, transactions, and profitability through data-informed decisions across pricing, promotions, assortment, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset, deep analytical expertise, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and external partners. DKey Responsibilities: + Own and evolve the commercial model, including forecasting, margin optimization, and profitability tracking + Maximize ROI through strategic investments and performance enhancements + Analyze and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion, average order value, retention, and transaction growth + Lead pricing and promotional strategies using data-driven insights to optimize performance across product categories + Provide analytics for pilot programs to support demand planning, replenishment, and fulfillment + Develop and refine subscription models, including pricing, bundling, and retention strategies + Manage integration of third-party consumer goods models to ensure commercial alignment and operational efficiency + Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial governance + Partner with digital, technology, product, and operations teams to enhance user experience and conversion + Monitor retail and consumer trends, translating insights into actionable strategies + Ensure commercial decisions align with brand values and customer expectations eRequired Skills & Experience: + 7+ years in commercial management, digital strategy, or consumer products + Proven experience in data analytics, financial modeling, and forecasting + Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing + Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships + Familiarity with subscription models and pricing strategies + Highly analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills + Experience in global or multi-market environments (preferred) Technical Proficiency: + Strong skills in Mthe icrosoft Office Suite + Experience with platforms such as Shopify (preferred) Education: + A degree or certifications are not required, but are considered a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
