Benefits & PerksCompetitive compensation package of base salary between $90,000 - $120,000 plus guaranteed annual bonusHealthcare benefits and health care spending accountSupportive team environment with opportunities for mentorship and growthWork with a diverse portfolio of large, complex accounts across various industriesResponsibilitiesSupport a complex book of large hospitality and specialty accounts across Canada.Manage mid-large accounts clients with premiums over $100,000, providing expert service and solutions.Utilize Level 2 licensing and ideally RIBO certification to review policies, risks, and client needs efficiently.Assist senior team members at capacity, ensuring timely renewals and new business processing.Coordinate with underwriters and internal teams to deliver seamless service.Maintain accurate documentation and client records.Respond quickly to urgent client needs in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsMinimum 7 years' experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with a robust knowledge of commercial insuranceStrong understanding of EPIC and ability to navigate complex insurance platformsExceptional client service skills, with the ability to handle high-value policies and demanding clientsConfidence in building processes, reviewing files, and supporting team developmentMust have Level 2 license, RIBO is an assetAbility to manage a large, diverse book of business with multiple six-figure premiums
