Senior Data Analyst (Commercial Data & Analytics)

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of the Western Europe Commercial Excellence organization, supporting the business through high‑quality data insights and analytical solutions. You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership teams across Western Europe.

What you’ll do?:

Develop, optimize, and maintain analytics tools and dashboards (with use of Power BI/Tableau) to visualize trends and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Partner with business stakeholders across Western European markets, gather ongoing business reporting requirements and deliver training on dashboards and analytical tools.

Prepare mockups, reports, presentations, user guides, and other supporting materials for stakeholders.

Undertake data modelling activities and create new analytical solutions as well as further develop currently existing ones.

Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical processes.

Support data governance activities, including documentation and access management.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data alignment and integration across systems.

Share best practices within data analytics and improve adoption of analytical tools and dashboards within company.

Demonstrate project management and technical skills, including advanced problem-solving and effective communication.

What we’re looking for

Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and/or Tableau, Tableau Prep.

Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Excel and SQL, knowledge of Alteryx and Python is a plus.

Excellent analytical and business partnering skills.

Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to create intuitive, visually compelling dashboards using appropriate charts, layouts, and design best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting insights to senior partners across WEU.

University Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, Big Data or Mathematics).

Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Proficient in English and Polish; additional languages are an advantage.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership, autonomy, and drive for results.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 176 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
