Senior Cloud-Native Full-Stack Engineer

**CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Cloud-Native Full-Stack Engineer position for our client.**
**Location:** Dallas, TX
**Duration:** 11 months
**Duties:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native full-stack applications using modern architectures, including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
+ Build scalable, resilient backend microservices following 12-factor principles, domain-driven design, and API-driven interfaces.
+ Develop responsive, high-quality front-end applications using modern frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular, including progressive web applications (PWAs).
+ Implement and support event-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka and Zookeeper.
+ Deploy, manage, and operate containerized and serverless workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging services such as GKE, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
+ Implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications to support frequent, reliable change releases.
+ Apply test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
+ Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions, participating in design reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Skills:**
+ Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, including microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, containerization, and serverless computing.
+ Proficiency in front-end development with ReactJS and/or Angular.
+ Proficiency in backend development using modern frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, Django, and Express.js.
+ Strong programming skills across multiple languages and runtimes, including Java, GraalVM, Node.js, Python, and .NET.
+ Experience with hyperscaler cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
+ Hands-on experience with GCP services including GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and related routing, database, storage, observability, and DevSecOps services.
+ Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
+ Solid understanding of test-driven development and automated testing practices.
**Experience:**
+ Senior-level experience as a full-stack developer working in cloud-native, Agile environments.
+ Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, resilient distributed systems in production.
+ Experience with event-driven architectures and large-scale cloud platforms.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
