Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional supports their peers and the Primary Care Organization (PCO) through data and program management efforts to ensure the Change Process and related capabilities are fully functional. The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional will be a member of the Portfolio & Change Management Team. The Team serves the PCO by managing requests of various types from across the organization to provide and/or facilitate governance and decisioning, vetting and development support, delivery coordination, and more. The Team is the dedicated group responsible for the Portfolio, Change, Release, and Sustainability functions and works with other partner functions to accomplish the PCO's goals. Change is constant. Our Vision is to create a culture that inspires people to drive change, desire change, and help others embrace change. **Core Duties:** The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional collaborates with peers and partner functions to manage and report on various data, prepare critical organizational communications, develop PowerBI and SharePoint-based products, and manage organizational distribution lists. The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional will also be responsible for one or more key data management programs that feed internal and external systems. **Additional Duties:** The Senior Clinic Operations Strategy Professional may support peers in the execution of change management initiatives and Agile ceremonies, such as Planning Intervals and Strategic and Budgeting events. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience + 5 or more years of data analytics and reporting experience + 5 or more years of project leadership experience + Advanced written and verbal communication + Ability to facilitate forums of all sizes + 2 or more years of process design and/or improvement experience + 2 or more years of agile ways of working experience + Superior organizational skills + Advanced PC knowledge including Microsoft Office products + Advanced presentation skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Organizational change management (OCM) experience + Pilot/test-and-learn experience + Experience and/or certifications in the fields of project management, change management, process design/improvement + Experience and/or certifications in Lean Portfolio Management, or other Scaled Agile, PMI, Scrum, Kanban, product management, or agile coaching or facilitation Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
