Uber Advertising’s platform brings together location based and shopping data with closed loop attribution across its mobility and delivery channels for performance and brand campaigns, enabling advertisers to engage with our consumers through the entire marketing funnel - from awareness through purchase to loyalty and advocacy for Uber users. **About the Role:** The team is looking for a strategic seller to be a member of our newly formed Uber Ads Retail team. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial Ads partnerships with our Retailers both on & off the Uber Eats platform. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top tier Retailers and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to consistently deliver on our partner's needs & will report to the Head of CPG & Retail, Uber Advertising. **Your impact in role** - Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision-makers within Retailer organisations. - Partner with cross-functional teams will be responsible for developing and executing ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals. - Work with Uber's Retail team of Account Managers and Directors who manage ongoing day to day operations with key Retailers and collaborate on key account plans designed for both Retailer business growth and Advertising investment growth. - Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations. - Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing, and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs. - Expand ads product adoption. Communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering. **The experience you’ll bring** - Significant experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales or Enterprise Sales. - Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organisations and examples of Multi-threaded partnerships. - Ideally have worked with Retailers in your current or most recent organisation - Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity - Agile, and ability to adapt quickly to challenges - Strong hold on Salesforce, Excel, Google Slides etc. Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
