We are seeking candidates for the following position based in the West Leederville office:

Senior Claims Consultant, Workers Compensation Claims Management

This opportunity involves managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims. This role requires the Senior Claims consultant to deliver high quality claims management services, working collaboratively with the clients and our broader claims team to produce cost effective outcomes for the scheme. In turn, this brings the best outcome and timely settlement of claims.

Deal efficiently with the client enquiriesContribute to planning and delivery of relationship management through regular and constructive communications with clientsVisit clients and legal providers regularlyProvide end-to-end claims managementSubmit claims reports as requiredContinuously work towards professional development by attending external and internal sessionsEnsure compliance with Worker Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981, including the Principle and Standards as set out by the Regulator.

What you need to have (highly desirable): 

Knowledge and insurance claims experience in Workers Compensation and claimsExperience in the interpretation of relevant acts in making liability decisionsManagement of complex claimsDemonstrate initiative and understanding when managing confidential information.
