Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Claims Supervisor to support an established 3rd Party Administrator company out of Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for independently investigating, evaluating, and resolving the most complex and high-exposure claims with minimal supervision. This will be supporting the Workers Compensation department and is a fully remote role in Hawaii. Responsibilities: • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims applying your analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution. • Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process. • Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants. • Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and appropriately resolve claims. • Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution. • Provide exceptional customer service to our claimants on behalf of our clients exhibiting empathy through each step of the claims process. • Handle claims consistent with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and standard methodologies in accordance with statutory, regulatory, and ethics requirements. • Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file. • We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 3-4 years workers compensation claims experience • Experience in healthcare industry • Experience with claim reviews and strong presentation skills • Licensing – Hawaii and familiar with jurisdictions • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience working for a 3rd Party Administrator
