The Opportunity
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering some of Victoria’s most complex and high‑profile transport infrastructure projects.
You will contribute as a Civil Lead on multidisciplinary projects—supporting technical direction, driving design development, and solving complex engineering challenges to deliver robust, practical solutions across road, rail, and major transport programs.
You’ll provide technical guidance, support junior engineers, and help manage project delivery to meet quality, safety, budget, and timeline expectations. You’ll work closely with clients and stakeholders, helping to shape design decisions and ensuring engineering outcomes align with project objectives.

Who You Are
You’re an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong technical capability and a proven history contributing to complex civil design on major infrastructure projects. You’re comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, coordinating across disciplines, and bringing well‑reasoned engineering solutions to the table.
You understand how to collaborate effectively, support clients and teammates, and deliver integrated, high‑quality civil engineering outcomes.
You Bring:
A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Solid experience delivering transport or civil infrastructure projects with consultants, contractors, or government agenciesDemonstrated experience contributing as a Civil Engineer on major road, rail, or transport programsAdvanced technical competency in civil engineering design tools and methodologiesStrong knowledge of relevant Australian and state transport standards, codes, and guidelinesChartered status (CPEng) or progress toward chartershipWhat We Do
