We are seeking an experienced civil engineering professional to lead and manage projects from initial concept through completion. This role involves overseeing project teams, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers, designers, and technical staff.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to define project requirements and obtain necessary approvals.Conduct site visits and assessments to collect data and inform design decisions.Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Support business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, and participation in industry events.Promote a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Essential Skills
10+ years experience in civil engineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseKnowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulationsProficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and OpenRoadsStrong design skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringExperience in transportation projectsWork Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
