**Overview** The Senior Business Process Engineer supports enterprise efficiency initiatives by conducting targeted diagnostics, process analysis, and quantitative assessments to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. This role is hands-on and analytical, playing a critical part in converting data and observations into actionable insights that drive process re-engineering and value creation. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead rapid diagnostics across processes, functions, and value streams. + Analyze data related to cost, volume, cycle time, demand, rework, and capacity. + Perform root cause analysis to identify drivers of inefficiency and complexity. + Support opportunity sizing and prioritization. + Document current-state processes using advanced process mapping techniques. + Identify handoffs, pain points, redundancies, and control gaps. + Initiate development of future-state process designs under senior guidance. + Create process documentation and artifacts. + Create more complex analyses, summaries, and visuals to drive recommendations. + Help translate analytical findings into clear, business-friendly insights. + Lead re-engineering initiatives through execution and implementation phases. + Track actions, milestones, and risks related to process changes. + Participate in working sessions, workshops, and on-site diagnostics as needed. **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or program management related roles preferred + Experience in Finance, Operations, or Corporate Functions preferred + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong proficiency working with data, spreadsheets, BI tools and presentations + Strong attention to detail and organization + Clear written and verbal communication skills + Experience in leading process mapping or improvement work + Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement concepts If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,100 - 186,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
