Senior Business Operations Analyst

Description

We are seeking a strategy, policy, and data-focused professional to support the organization with a robust, high-visibility workload across 10 departments. This role blends strategic planning, operational execution, and data/reporting rigor. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident in stakeholder communication, and able to independently manage both recurring operational rhythms and project-based initiatives.

This position will play a key role in helping the organization track workload and staffing, drive efficiencies, support monthly business reviews, and maintain high-quality reporting and documentation across cross-functional partners.

Operational & Business Rhythm Support:

Own and maintain recurring operating cadences including monthly business reviews (MBRs) and weekly reporting rhythms

Track and manage workload, staffing, volume, and operational metrics across approximately 10 departments

Build and maintain structured trackers, status reporting, and executive-ready updates

Reporting, Dashboards & Insights:

Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting (Power BI and/or similar) to support decision-making

Translate business questions into clear metrics, reporting structures, and operational insights

Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and process standardization

SharePoint & Documentation Excellence:

Serve as a power user and owner of SharePoint sites/pages/libraries (information architecture, permissions, workflows, maintenance)

Ensure documentation is accurate, current, and easy to navigate for stakeholders

Support governance and documentation needs across projects and operational initiatives

Project & Stakeholder Management:

Support initiatives requiring coordination, planning, and follow-through across stakeholders

Prepare stakeholder communications, presentations, and meeting materials

Partner with cross-functional teams including leadership and operational groups; communicate clearly in-person and digitally

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience supporting strategic planning, policy-oriented work, governance, or compliance-type environments

Background supporting large, cross-functional organizations and senior stakeholders

Experience with staffing/workload planning, capacity tracking, or operational performance management

Experience creating standardized templates, workflows, and scalable tracking processes

*This is not a pure analyst role; it’s a blend of business operations, strategic planning support, reporting, and stakeholder management

Must be comfortable with high visibility and high throughput work

Onsite presence in Newark is key; occasional Menlo Park meetings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
