The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building robust analytical products, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role collaborates with global stakeholders and leverages modern data platforms to deliver high‑quality BI solutions. Role is based on-site in our newly opened office in Krakow. You will be a part of the Global IT function, in Data & AI team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Analytics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their analytical needs. + BI/AI Solutions Development: Design and implement global reports/dashboards to support decision making processes or regulatory needs. + Data Integration and Modeling: Work closely with Data Engineers to implement sophisticated data models and final Data Products for the business. + Business Insights and Analytics: Analyze complex datasets to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Develop dashboards and reports that clearly communicate key metrics and trends. + Financial Data Expertise: Apply financial domain knowledge to collaborate with our Financial Shared Service representatives on process improvements and automation. + Technical Leadership: Drive the adoption of modern BI tools and best practices, mentoring junior analysts and promoting a culture of data excellence. + Governance and Compliance: Ensure data governance standards are met, maintaining data security and compliance with regulatory requirements. Implement best practices for data management and quality assurance. The essential requirements for this job include: + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field. + 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data engineering roles. + Proficiency in Power BI (QlikView is nice to have, but not required) + SQL/DAX working experience + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels + Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver insights that drive business value. + Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data analysis and reporting. It would be a pluss if you also possess previous experience in: + Financial domain or assignment within a finance-related role. + Working with Snowflake and dbt, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. + Certifications in data technologies + Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and data governance frameworks.
