Senior Business Execution Consultant - Payments Operations

In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesLeverage data analytics to drive process automation and improvements     Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience designing automation and analytic solutions Knowledge and understanding of Money Movement/Payments processesExperience building and editing Power Apps canvas and model driven apps, designing forms, applying Power Fx functions, managing collections, and working across multiple environmentsExperience designing, testing, and deploying Power Automate flows including automated notifications and group email distributionsExperience creating and editing SharePoint sites and lists, modifying list settings and permissions, and connecting SharePoint lists to ExcelAbility to integrate SharePoint and Power Apps for form customization and process automationExperience creating data models and interactive reports and dashboards in Power BIExperience developing charts and dashboards in Tableau and optimizing for performance and usabilityExperience creating, triaging, and analyzing requests in Jira and building filters or basic dashboards for reportingKnowledge of Excel macros and VBA for automationKnowledge of Microsoft 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExperience with solution lifecycle practices including version control, environment strategy, and promotion from development to test to productionKnowledge of roles, permissions, and data loss prevention policies to support security and complianceExperience creating applications in Visual Studio Knowledge of C++, JavaScript, Python, and Power FxAbility to self-manage initiatives including defining approaches, deliverables, communication plans, and driving progressAbility to articulate complex material to a diverse audienceAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasAdvanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
